About This Campaign

Every Memorial Day, Black Flag Strength & Conditioning honors Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy — Navy SEAL, Medal of Honor recipient — by completing the workout he called his favorite.

This year, 100% of donations raised through our Murph event will go directly to PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere), funding free golf therapy programs for veterans and active duty military. We'll present a check at the event on May 25th.

Every dollar counts. Thank you for honoring those who served.

PGA HOPE — Helping Our Patriots Everywhere

PGA HOPE introduces and teaches golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to enhance their physical, mental, social and emotional well-being. Led by PGA of America Golf Professionals, the 6–8 week program is provided at no cost to all participating Veterans. PGA HOPE holds an MOU with the Department of Veterans Affairs enabling direct referrals as a form of therapy.
